Sitting quietly and thinking about the nice day I had and listening to inspirational music from church yesterday.  So nice.  Then another sound creeps in.  The sound of a distant freight train.  I'm right smack in the middle of the heartland.
Had two of my grandsons over to swim this afternoon after a fun lunch.  Those boys have more energy than I can ever remember having.
After a nice dinner cooked by my sister, thanks sis, here I am so relaxed and peaceful.  No tv for me tonight.  Life is good!
